1. SHIPPING CHARGES
By default, we only ship to the countries listed below. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

For the return shipment 2,90€ will be charged per shipment. These will be charged to you upon refund.
Please note that cross-border deliveries may incur additional taxes and/or duties, such as customs duties, which you must bear.

CALCULATION OF DELIVERY DATE
In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
3. DELIVERY
Shipping is with DHL.
By default, we only ship to the countries listed under §.1. If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please send us an email to info@mode-schiffhauer.de and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, since we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.
